I live in Dublin, Ohio, with my husband and two children, and we love discovering the outdoors and trying new things! As my life unfolded with different roles, I felt a strong desire to find my true purpose. While my time in healthcare cultivated empathy, the corporate world instilled self-assuredness and autonomy that extended across various aspects of my life.
My yoga journey:
The beginnings of my yoga journey were nurtured within a community of like-minded souls, brought together by a common goal of complete well-being.
As I wholeheartedly embraced daily practice, I gradually connected with my authentic self and embarked upon a transformative journey of self-discovery.
Through teaching, I embarked on an introspective journey, gaining a deeper understanding of myself and embracing life's challenges with mindfulness and acceptance.
